Natural Weekend Makeup Look!

Tuesday, March 3, 2015

Hey Beauties! Recently makeup for me has been about going outside of my comfort zone and doing things I've never done or things I'm afraid to do. Recently if you've seen some of my previous posts you know about my acne and skin issues and one thing that's really hard for me is to leave the house without a FULL face of makeup on. I decided to again go out of my comfort zone and do a really simple and natural look and not do such a heavy full face of makeup. I still feel like this look did come out full coverage for the overall face but for the amount of makeup I used its very little and minimal to what I usually do. The best part about this look is that it took me ten minutes to throw together and I felt comfortable and pretty in it all day and night long. While I love the idea of getting dolled up and putting on eyeshadow's and eyeliner and lipstick and everything else, I also love the simple and natural days where I can embrace my perfections and imperfections.
Here is a list of the products that I used to create this look:
1. Hard Candy Sheer Envy Color Correcting Primer
2. Covergirl Ready, Set Gorgeous Concealer (brightening under eyes)
3. Maybelline Master Conceal (redness and imperfections)
4. Covergirl Stay Fabulous 3 in 1 Foundation
5. Essence All About Matt Powder (setting my undereye)
6. Rimmel Stay Matte in Translucent (face)
7. NYC Sunny Bronzer (bronzing the perimeter of the face)
8. NYX Powder Blush in Taupe (contouring)
9. Physicians Formula Happy Booster Blush in Warm
10. ELF Shimmer in Pink (as my highlighter)
11. Maybelline Lash Sensational Mascara
12. Almay Butter Kiss Lipstick in Pink - Light

I really hope you all enjoyed seeing this very simple and natural look from me because I really love how the overall look turned out. If you would like to see a tutorial on a look like this please let me know as I would be happy to do one for you! Just remember today is about embracing your beauty, wither that be in the form on your flaws or perfections! You are who you are and every part of you is beautiful!

    1. It was on sale recently too! Its an amazing formula and even thoughts mine's dried out a bit I still love it just as much! The brush is a bit hard to get used to though and you can make a mess!
